Hey TJ, I worked at a waffle house and we use liquidized Crisco and cook the hash browns for a couple minutes in a thin layer of oil directly on the flattop grill, mash em down and flip em. For double and triple hashbrowns I used a second spatula to hold it all together. I think the trick is moving them around as little as possible.

Anyways, I used to use chlorine dioxide all the time when some kid would shit in the pool. We called it "shocking" the pool. Nobody was able to swim in the shocked pool for 24 hours, or it would eat your fucking skin off. I can't imagine what that shit does to your internal organs if ingested, fuck.
