A lot of us just don't have the time to go do in-depth research, find all of the links, all of the sources, write up something good (that no one will listen to, even if you do write it well, or speak ok). I have a tendency to ramble and am not a good speaker, so I never have seen an issue with just sending someone a link to a video that summarizes what I think well because there's no way I could do it well, and even when I do do it well no one is even listening so why bother when someone else already wrote it up well, or made a good video on it? I can see why that sucks, but for a lot of us that's the best we got for explaining or sharing our ideas.

It's funny that this extreme hermit nature of this quarantine would seem exciting to someone like me but I really do miss the stress of everyday social interaction even if it's with the mindless insipid conversation about the weather with a cashier. I'll regret saying this the moment that conversation seeps into my next grocery run.....
