Paul im just gonna say, I work for amazon now as of recently. They take really good care of us at least, I cant speak for the fulfillment centers. We are just more efficiently controlled by corporations, which makes it harder to unionize, because if there was a strike union members might lose their health insurance. Too many Unions have become too entrenched, corrupt, and have become just had bad as what they were fighting against and have lost site of their guiding principles. Which is why a mass unionization movement/general strike will fail. The only options the people in the streets think they have is to cause property damage and fight back against the police in whatever way they can. Unicorn Riot showed the some businesses with "minority owned' on them have no damage at all and a few local business weren't harmed either, but anything that people considered exploitative businesses like banks, fast food restaurants, chain grocery stores, and gentrified condos under construction that no one in that neighborhood could afford were burnt to the ground or looted.
