No need, I have an answer: socialism is based and redpilled. Workers should have a right to be democratically represented by the business they work for. The expectation set forward by capitalism to be nothing more than a cog in a machine to enrich someone else is demeaning and existentially dreadfull that deprives people of agency over their own life. Further, a society effectively controlled by a few oligarchs creates circumstances (mainly through market forces) where people must prioritize their life around being economically productive-- typically at the opprotunity cost of enlightement and personal goals.
