Dude you are wrong you obviously know nothing about firearms safety. What happened is exactly why anyone handling a firearm should follow proper gun safety rules by doing redundant safety checks. You never handle a firearm without checking the weapon ever, end of story you are 100 percent wrong.

Actors aren't expected to be firearms experts and there is ZERO expectation that they should be checking the prop guns themselves before using it. They have no legal liability in that sense. I would be shocked if they bring any charges to Baldwin.

Also you never point the weapon directly at another person you don't intend to shoot. He treated it like a toy and he used his position to neglect gun safety procedures.

They hire safety experts for a reason. The safety experts here failed. Throwing ANY guilt at Alec Baldwin's feet is absurd, and the most I've ever disagreed with Paul (who's my favourite)
