I can't remember if it was on Netflix or Hulu, but there was a documentary told by Elizabeth Smart herself and it dramaticized basically the entire kidnapping and she tried to explain her rationality in the different parts of her experience. She said she learned to speak their breed of warped christianity. She said she paced herself to earn their trust so that she could get away. She recalled a memory of her cousin out loud and that's how the guy decided he wanted a third wife. She said she felt super guilty about it. There was one part of her story where an FBI agent came up to them in a library or something and asked them if they knew anything about the disappearance of Elizabeth Smart. If the real people looked anything like the actors then they definitely stood out but at the same time they were dressed in that arabic style with the obscured faces and head wraps and stuff. She said she couldn't will herself the move. She just froze. I guess the abuse broke her spirit a little bit. They kept hammering in her head that if she fought then they would kill her whole family.

We definitely need way stricter rules for farms and meat factories everywhere, even though meat would be priced higher. I would pay more just to be assured the animals are being treated as humanely as possible. A while back there was a scandal in my country, where animals were being abused in a slaughterhouse by barbarians, our minister responsible closed them down immediately and introduced new rulings here that all slaughterhouses must have special security cameras to check if there is any kind abuse. A good start. And for those that are responsible, I have no mercy for them.

It's definitely hard to watch how other cultures treat dogs. The thing is, we're all being hypocrites to an extent since we have factories with animals that live in horrid conditions. I'm no animal rights nut, but they say pigs are as intelligent as dogs, so we SHOULD be just as pissed at our country for having pigs in factories, but we're not because of how we were raised. I'm still gonna have some nice crispy bacon with my eggs, but I'm being an enormous hypocrite in the process. At least in my view.

That show Dogs on Netflix made me cry. I totally understand TJ when it comes to this, I can not stand any culture that has a problem with dogs. No need for those kind of people to live, fuck em to death.

That same standard for the island and leaving them the fuck alone should also be considered for Western society. If a country doesn't want to be flooded by foreigners it shouldn't be a problem. LEAVE THEM BE!
