This happens every month. Most, if not all...people use debit cards or credit cards. therefore some people dont have the funds at the moment. or their card has to be confirmed by the bank to process the transaction. A bunch of things could have happened.

The moment this show started and I saw all three of them together in their unchained glory I was immediately hooked.
