2023-07-31 22:20:54 +0000 UTCI’ve had so many incidents in Red Dead where I would try to help people out, but accidentally harm or scare them because I wasn’t used to the controls yet. My favorite incident like that occurred when I met some lost city slicker in the woods who was crying and begging to be guided to civilization. I tried to engage him in a friendly manner, but accidentally pulled a pistol on him. The guy got scared and ran off, but I wouldn’t let him go to certain doom, because I’m nice, I’M NICE, GODDAMIT! So I chased him down, hogtied him, and a gently as I could delivered him to the town, having to quickly dump the terrified howling fuck, and then bolt from lawmen. But hey, mission accomplished without fatalities.
