Cosmic entities are beyond human comprehension and drive those who try to understand them insane. They are a reminder of how insignificant and meaningless humanity is in the infinite cosmic scheme of things. Demons are puny. A superstition. A figment of human imagination, the outer gods are all knowing and all powerful that are indifferent to concepts such as morality and humanity.
