2023-12-02 00:30:16 +0000 UTCWe also need to understand that nowadays, a 16 year old with a license and access to a car is a rarity nowadays. It's hard for a lot of adults to get cars. You'd be lucky if your parents had 1 car. We got poor public transportation and kids have friends in their school from all across town now. Hanging out in person isn't as feasible.
