Doesn't make it better morally but if my memory serves correct a chunk of the people who bullied chris were kids/youths and i think some of them recanted later on. Not sure how many of them were genuinely regretful vs saving face.

I’ve been a victim of some malicious bullying, so I feel like I have at least a little insight into that mindset…but fuck, I can’t for the life of me fathom the level of depravity a person has to be at to do something like that to a mentally challenged person.
