Paul Lets Appease the Dictator Zego

There are certain adblockers for youtube that are able to sail under the radar for their throttling counter to adblock

This is an excellent post, and if I could signal boost it, I would. I'd definitely like to talk to the guys about Ukraine/Taiwan too, if nothing else, to settle any misunderstandings.

Repulse

The fact that he conflates supporting a country defending itself from a fascist empire who’s trying to annex them with neocons like rush limbaugh is infuriating, vapid empty headed drivel and Paul needs to be called out on it whenever it happens. It’s absolute dogshit and he knows it he’s lying on purpose.

Benjamin Whyley

I’ve been a paulisher for over a decade but he’s getting worse. He never learns or grows because he’s not interested in hearing out other people’s perspectives. He lives in a bubble. And unfortunately it seems to be spreading to Tj too.

Benjamin Whyley

Paul is insufferable

.

Oh sorry, misunderstood the issue. I thought Paul was complaining about how youtube becomes "broken" for people without Premium with an adblock. In that case this sucks, good on you for finding solutions on the fly anyway.

Daniel Beran

Paul DOES have YouTube Premium and he still experiences the buffering. Glad that you don't have an issue, but our issue isn't down to being cheap.

Do you think Putin will pick Texas first?

I once saw TJ at a Raising Cane's and I said to him "m'lord please accept this meager payment for your years of service" and he just started chuckling then BAM! he smacked me in the face and I crashed into the wall He then shouted "If that's all you can offer you don't deserve to breath the same air as me!". He then left and I looked down, my britches were covered in semen.

There is only one path forward for Ukraine: demilitarization, de-nazification, neutral status. I actually lived in Moscow in the 90s, and remember how life was when the country bent its knee to the west, a mistake that Russia will never, FUCKING EVER repeat again. Love or hate him, Putin will not be bullied into submission.

Russian Jackal

I love sloppy seconds to hear you guys shoot the shit, but as long as we get old DFF episodes back I'm happy

AlterEgoIII

If anyone remembers playing Scorched Earth back in the PC game days of yore, they'd remember MERVs. That shit is brutal.

Laurell Silentshade

Its not just that our rulers have no problem using us as canon fodder in thier power plays, its that so many regular people are eager to have thier fellow man and possibly themselves be canon fodder as well. That fucking unsettles me

I’d appreciate time stamps for Paul’s bullshit Ukraine opinions so I can skip them please

Hey there Paul, I just watched the Ukraine news section, and while I usually don't see much value in discussing something like this in comment form, I felt the need to defend the "Slava Ukraini" side (because so many are poor at defending their position ). This will have to be a very compressed form of a very complex situation, and I'd love to discuss this with you more if you ever feel like it :) I want to preempt the "Skibidy Toilet warmonger kid" accusation by saying that I have been to Ukraine as a medical volunteer during the war, so I hope this makes what I'm about to say more credible. First of all, the strikes into Russian territory are nothing new; now the Ukrainians can use more weapons to do it. The whole issue arose because of Russia launching attacks into Ukraine from inside their borders. Until now, the West prohibited Ukraine from responding due to fear of escalation. This has allowed Russia to launch new attacks into Ukraine without the UAF being able to do much about it. This, in my opinion, isn't much of an escalation since the regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, and Crimea are, in the eyes of the Russian government, already officially Russian territory. So, according to the Kremlin's own position, we are already attacking Russian territory. The Russians have drawn multiple red lines already, and it is little more than fodder for propaganda for the Russian population. Russia is already receiving support from other countries like Iran, China, and North Korea to bomb inside of Ukraine (Shaheed kamikaze drones, for example). So, I'd say it's fair game, geopolitically speaking, for Ukraine to receive such capabilities from its allies too. This is historically precedented as well. Since Vietnam was mentioned, it wasn’t just the North Vietnamese fighting the US; they were backed by China and the Soviet Union to the point that Hanoi became the city with the best air defense system in the world. Nukes obviously prohibited the US from going after Russia in a similar situation to what we have today. On the subject of Russian troop numbers, yes, they are recruiting (roughly 30k per month); however, most of their professional military has been wiped out in the initial year of the war, so Russian troop quality has been decreasing steadily. Manpower is a problem the UA side is facing too, and this, in combination with long wait times for Western aid, is forcing the Ukrainians to play defense and let the Russians lose more men. On the budget issue, it is difficult to talk about the raw number of aid money to support Ukraine for several reasons, like the discrepancy between pledged money vs. actual spent money, the cost of military equipment being calculated by the original cost of purchase, the amount of money staying in the donor country's economy to fund the construction of munitions and factories, money spent as a percentage of the country's GDP, and more. So, boiling it down to "US spends more than EU" is, in my opinion, an oversimplification. I could go on for hours, but I agree completely that you should discuss this with guys like Dylan more often since a comment section isn’t the best place for a productive discussion. Not sure if you’re ever going to read this, but if you do, I hope we can discuss this some more and that you have a nice day :)

Aren't you guys fucking professional content creators and streamers? Why do you insist on using adblock on YouTube and then complain it makes you buffer, can't you just pay for YouTube premium? I pay for that, and then also have an adblock running all the time, plus I have the Sponsor Block extension to skip in video ads from the YouTubers. I never have a single buffer issue, no ads, no garbage, and still get to skip in-video sponsor shit too. Just pay the 5 bucks, don't be cheap asses.

Daniel Beran

As if you aren't.

Something that is not said about war is our technology. I know for a fact we have technologies, like spy satellites and signals like wifi that can track anything with pinpoint accuracy - so imagine this with nukes. It would seem that wars, at least for the big nations seem to puff their chest and profiteer, and people are non-the-wiser.
