I know she's a baddie but watching this show for the first time in many years I still feel the same. It's always so interesting and funny to me to watch folks have very different and strong reactions to characters!

Marianne acted like our ally, but she wasn't... and she used Eggs as her lure for Tara. Benedict is a word used to describe a traitor. But he wasn't a traitor...so he called himself Eggs. When Mariannes energy possessed him he became her...and thus a traitor even to himself. Oh I don't know...but there's definitely some message here about fake allies and sacrificial victims and Eggs! But damn I wanted better for him!

And I loved how they destroyed her ...I think it was a combo of what they did, how they did it, but also destroying her faith at the end (which is what kept her immortal). "There was no god?" ๐

Eggs (Benedict) , the big egg in the nest, Jason talking about turning into a chicken and laying and egg then eating it....what's that about? As I think it thru...Egg...the sacrificial egg...and poor Eggs. ๐ญ
