Dracervan Diplomacy

Matters in the higher plains made it necessary for them to seed new worlds. However, the alien does seem to visibly enjoy his visits as he plays with one of the cities using his highly advanced tech.
This artwork took a lot of time but I learned some new stuff again with it. <3 Improving my skills with monochrome art. :)
