- Characters who fit the theme have a much higher chance of being included
- Characters who fit the theme will have their votes doubled! (Indicated by a * at the end of the name)
- Character that have won the monthly poll are banned for a period of six months
- Characters from franchises that won last month's polls [Chivalry, Fairy Tail] aren't eligible until next month
- You can suggest up to two characters, but suggesting ones mean I HAVE to put it on the poll, and take location priority over two character suggestions.
