Really quick recap that I’m doing here instead of out there in the world because I just am not sure how to do so without feeling like a little bitch and giving others fodder to think of me as a little bitch. When this is all said and done I want to return to my throne of badassery without too much question. If anyone has any advice as to how to put this info out there for my people and my friends in a way that is empowering and informative, please let me know.
Onward: I have degenerative disc disease. My discs got mushy and dumb and now press on my nerves in my spinal column. That’s it, super common, super simple. How I got there at only 25 years old is the part that is less common. Understanding that more complicated part is what has lead to me being able to turn this compression ship around. That is it. Today I am doing nerve ablation #2! These will give me (anywhere from some to a lot of) nerve relief while I steer the ship.
Maybe I can just put that chunk of words up somewhere? I’m gonna go do that right now.
