Does anyone else have the problem where the video starts in HD, but then drops to 480p or lower? I'm watching it on a PC.

One Punch Man Season 1 was literally made by a dream team of JP animators, people who worked on AKIRA, Cowboy Bebop, Evangelion, Dragon Ball, BLEACH, Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist, One Piece, MHA, Gundam, AOT, JJK, Demon Slayer, Chainsaw Man, Gurren Lagann... basically all the legends. Chikashi Kubota (the character designer & chief animation director, also famous for Dragon Ball) once said on X that “OPM S1 was rumored to have a huge budget, but it was actually made on a normal late-night anime budget.” Director Natsume also mentioned that “it was a miracle that all these legendary animators happened to be free at the same time — since the pay wasn’t big, they decided to just have fun with the animation.” Natsume’s friend, producer Fukushi, has this elite group of top-tier Japanese animators known as the “Fukushi team,” and that’s how this historic staff lineup came together. It’s remembered as one of the most legendary works ever made, created by the most stacked lineup of animators in TV anime history.
