I found this while clearing my storage to free up space until I can upgrade to a bigger drive. Apparently, 1TB isn't enough anyore... I'm saving up for a 4TB NVME so I don't have to keep uninstalling old games whenever I want to play something new (why does every game now take at least 100GB??? ｡°(°.◜ᯅ◝°)°｡). My 3D assets alone nearly fill up a 500GB drive, and my old + current works together total about 1TB. I still end up deleting older projects or uploading them to Google Drive, which also costs quite a bit (｡ᵕ ◞ _◟) Is everything just expensive nowadays, or am I simply broke?

Now for the case! This is the last (I mean it this time!) from my cancelled series. An intern programmer was found dead in the mountain. The initial belief was that she slipped, fell, and hit her head. Cause of death is severe head trauma and internal bleeding. The medical examiner concluded that she actually died several hours after the fall.

Her body was found almost immedietely once her manager reported her missing the next day when she didn't clock into work. She had been hiking that trail for years and was known as an avid hiker. The weather was clear, with no rain for the past week, so conditions were good. Despite the odd circumstances, the police chalked it up as an unfortunate accident.

But what do you think? How did an experienced hiker end up at the bottom of a ravine? Why didn't her hiking group, who happen to be from the same office, report her missing that same day? And if the ranger found her body so easily by just walking the trail, wouldn't it have been just as easy for others to spot or hear her falling? She was alive for a couple of hours after the impact, so it is possible that she's been calling for help.

Was it trully an accident, or was it something else?
