SKAM DISCUSSION! (pre-finale feelings)
Added 2020-01-29 04:06:27 +0000 UTChey folks!! hope you're all having a great day/night/evening π it's currently tuesday night over here in canada, and i'm reading through all your comments on my recent posts from this season. i absolutely love hearing all your thoughts on the story and feedback on what i have to say about each episode :) firstly want to say, i'm so sorry for my lack of responses recently!! i've been swamped with editing as of late and i've been recording so much on top of that, and by the end of the night (which is when i usually like to respond to people), i'm just tired and wiped out. but i want you all to know that no comments go unread. i read every single one, always! so definitely don't stop leaving them, especially those long ones haha, i love hearing about everything you have to say! :) i'm going to get back to responding to all of you starting tomorrow so i just wanted to let you all know that i'm still reading all your comments, rather than leaving you to think that they're going unnoticed. now, back to SKAM talk! so, i know you all have only seen up to my 4x05 reactions, but i've actually seen up to episode 9!! and WOW... this entire season has been phenomenal. i honestly didn't know what i could expect after season 3, because it was so amazing, and i just didn't think anything else could live up to it.. but season 4 was a whole new game!! both season 3 & 4 have to be my favourite at the moment. they both brought such new views and perspectives to my attention and the stories are told in such beautiful ways. i want to talk about season 4 specifically, so let me say that i have loved seeing some more culture in this season! i loved learning more about Sana as a person and how much her religion & culture actually plays part in her daily life. i found her personal struggles very new to what i'm used to seeing, but very relatable at the same time. i found her journey up until now extremely powerful, seeing someone as strong as her experience such lows and self doubt, but coming out with and even more positive view... i've loved every second of it!! i remember thinking in the first few episodes of this season that it would be all about her and Yousef, all about their relationship and bringing a new couple to the spotlight, but this season was so different and so much more. the primary relationship in this season was Sanas relationship with herself. it was her personal journey to figuring out what made her happy, and what mattered to her. she strengthened her relationship with herself so much from episode 1 to episode 9 and i'm so happy with how her journey has came around. now, i havenβt seen the finale YET, but i'm beyond excited to watch it! πit's not only the season finale, it's the SERIES finale... and everyone is saying that it's amazing, so i'm very excited to see how this series is going to end before i move on to the remakes!! i just wanted to give all my thoughts on this season at the moment and touch base with you guys tonight π₯° now here's a challenge for you... describe the series finale in one word!!
