2024-11-21 18:46:55 +0000 UTCAlso, just a random note...but there is a line in episode 4Γ1 that causes some confusion about how long it's been between season 3 and season 4...so to clarify now so when you get there you aren't baffled the entire time...its about 3 months...its end of December I'm 3Γ12...and mid march in 4Γ1....just something to store in your mind so when you get there you aren't as confused.

It hardly seems possible but Shameless continues to outdo itself in the next season with some of the most emotional and intense storylines yet. What happened with Jimmy this season is a bummer but him being gone definitely opens up room to take Fionaβs story in a totally new direction. There are honestly so many amazing storylines to look forward to and you finally get to know Mickey on deeper level, he really shines in season 4.

2024-11-17 17:28:16 +0000 UTCYay! Season 3 finale! A few things as a follow up to things you pointed out or mentioned in your wrap up! 1. One of my most favorite subtle moments in this episode is when Fiona frames Lips diploma, I'm not positive if you caught it, but she removes the photo of herself from the frame and putsLips's diploma in instead, essentially putting him above her once again and I just think that just shows her character in such a beautiful way while being very subtle. 2. The money Beto gives to Fiona from Jimmy, that was money from Beto...Jimmy had no money...but Beto always said that Fiona reminded him of his mother and Jimmy was no good for her, so when Jimmy asks can I atleast say goodbye to Fiona and Beto takes the phone and tosses it...I think that is when Beto makes the decision to make sure Fiona gets a clear goodbye from Jimmy and she is taken care of a bit which Jimmy couldn't do. 3. Carl is adorable hands down! 4. When Ian walks into the wedding venue he says "If you give half a shit about me Mickey...half...don't do this" so when in this episode Mick says "...don't" and Ian asks him point blank "don't what?" It's essentially a challenge...I asked you don't do this and you did it...so now you are asking me don't...so I'm gonna do this. 5. Also something to think about...Ian leaves for the army with only 1 person knowing that's where he is going...and that one person can't admit he knows without telling too much about himself...and Ian is under a different name...can you imagine the mental burden the fear of something bad happening to Ian and no one ever knowing because he's under a different name would weigh on Mick? Because Mick doesn't know he used Lip's name. 6. The dynamics between Lip and Frank are some of my favorite and this episode nails the very difficult feelings between these characters. As for your questions at the end...I won't tell you anything about Jimmy's fate lol And seasons 3, 4 and 5 are some of the best seasons of this show...personally 4 is my favorite but only by the slimmest margin with 5 so believe me you are in for a joy ride. Yes after that the writers changed and there is a shift that occurs...show is still good don't get me wrong I love this show 1-11 but damn if you enjoyed 3...then hold on for dear life my friend!
