I wanted to take a moment to inform you about a change in our monthly reward pack naming system.
Previously, I had been naming the monthly reward packs based on the month in which they were produced. Unfortunately, this approach led to some confusion and misunderstandings among many of our patrons. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Starting this month and continuing into the future, Reward packs will be named based on the month you will receive them, rather than the month they were created. To illustrate, if your pledge is successfully processed this month, you will receive the September 2023 Reward Pack, not the August 2023 one.
If you have any questions or concerns about this update or anything else related to your patronage, please don't hesitate to reach out.
