This one is based off an image of fetish model "Riley Rose", wrapped up by "Bindmaster". Bindmaster does the most incredibly smooth mummywrappings I've ever seen - you can find photos of his work on his Fetlife profile.
I think the only other mummies I've seen of such high quality are the ones by the Demon Production ("randymummify") team, but they use a different kind of tape.
