Shantae's pic will be started in approx 12-14 hours ( https://picarto.tv/WossaRem ) and the gags will likely be handled on Sunday.
I've recorded some of the gag-related suggestions so far and would love to hear some more! (Vote image attached for the $3 patrons to see the characters) I reserve the right to follow my own muse when the time comes to actually draw the character, but it's nice to have some ideas going in.
Shantae (scenes rather than just gags) - "how about her in their 'space princess' outfit from Pirate's curse game being wrapped up? " "walking the plank of Risky Boot's ship, or being led somewhere in shackles (modified her arm bracelets). "
Dark Magician Girl - "running afoul of some custom trap card involving wrappings."
Holo - "petplay" (I guess I'd interpret this as a muzzle or ring-gag?)

Plank walking, tied to the mast, etc For Rapunzel, the obvious one would be to use her hair, but you could go weird with it, and use a tiny frying pan stuck in there like a ring gag
