Twice-Monthly Fanart April 2017 #2 - Winner

Motoko Kusanagi took the win with a pretty dominant lead! The crowd behind her was actually pretty even; it seems like most of this round's girls had a decent amount of fans, so I'm gonna roll out the gag busts again!

Ideas so far:
* " I remember an episode where a criminal was being led off in a  straight jacket with a panel gag, might be fun for the Major to get a  similar treatment. "
* " However she's tied up, there should probably be some kind of technobabble "cyber jammer" attached to her - whether it's metal fancy gags and restraints, or a blinky collar, or a headband or a plugged-in device, the major has greater than human strength and also built in wireless internet access and communication.  ...that could actually lead to two pics in one, with her real body bound AND a cyber-bondage panel showing how her internet presence is also restrained? "
