The (un)lucky girls on the podium are:
1st place: Aeria (specifically in her modded-Skyrim incarnation)
2nd place: Elsa from Frozen
3rd place: Wiz from Konosuba
As previously mentioned (but news to the $3 patrons), these three will receive a particular kind of treatment.
I already have plenty of ideas for Aeria stemming from my own in-game experiences, so she won't be a problem. :p We will try to make this Aeria's harshest punishment yet!!
Elsa, I'm open to suggestions. I'm thinking since she's now Queen, perhaps an enemy country invaded and took over the castle? We'll have to figure out a way to suppress those powers, since the cuffs in the movie lasted all of 10 seconds.
Wiz, as per some suggestions, will still get to tend to her store, except it won't be *hers* anymore as she'll be following her new master's orders ( http://konosuba.wikia.com/wiki/Vanir ). And the first order is to change into a maid uniform!

Alternatively for Wiz, Vanir could easily have her being a walking advertisement out front of the shop, perhaps offering free samples or wearing a sandwich board. He always did have a good salesman approach to things, and exploiting Wiz would be no different.

Prince Hans was just smart enough to stop by Devious Desires on his way to get married so he could pick up some mittens of resist cold. Also, he's smart enough not to try and kill Anna, since she's the one with the royal title and all. So instead he has Elsa mittented, Anna bewitched by his charms, and now he rules the kingdom, with Elsa being the Court Slave wearing all sorts of DD devices.
