He probably just meant a single picture, but hey, you know how I do. ;)
(Hopefully it's explained well enough in the thought-dialogue, but for clarification: most bondage items in Second Life can be assigned to keys or set on timers. Maybe that doesn't really make too much sense for things like tape, but I tried to come up with a nifty explanation for it - you could say it essentially became loose ribbons after the timer ran its course.)
