King-Pen! The super-villain with an extremely powerful creation-type quirk channelled through his sketchbook! Anything he draws into it becomes reality! How can Mt Lady hope to fight back when she's being accosted by restraints materializing onto her, even in her giant form!? And now the news crew is here, too!? Well... any publicity is good publicity, I guess...
Major credit to Sui for this one, he designed the restraints along with helping speed things up by doing Mt Lady's flat colours while I worked on the background lines. Teamwork! :D And credit to Shio for the villain's name! :p
