After a lot of head scratching and testing, I have finally completed the Rose Aspiration! You can find the mod below. I'm using the challenge rules uploaded by illusorythrall for this aspiration. You can get more info about the challenge here.

Since one of the requirements for completing the second Generation of this challenge is to complete the Serial Romantic aspiration, some of the tasks will be a copy of the tasks from that aspiration.

You need City Living for this mod so that you can complete the Politician career.

Milestones:

Level 1: Unruly Love

• Have a Boyfriend or Girlfriend
• Earn Gold on 3 Dates
• Reach Level 4 Charisma Skill
• Join the Politician Career

Level 2: Up to the Challenge

• Have had 3 First Kisses
• Reach Level 6 Charisma Skill
• Have 1 Child*
• Call Off Wedding*

Level 3: Work Life Balance?

• Kiss 10 Sims
• Have a Strong Romantic Relationship with 3 Sims at Once
• Have had 8 Boyfriends or Girlfriends
• Reach Level 6 of the Politician Career

Level 4: Serial Success

• Get Married for the First Time (as an elder)
• Reach Level 10 of the Politician Career
• Reach Level 10 of the Charisma Skill

Other Important Info:

* - The objectives with asterisks beside them are ones that I tried really really hard to make "perfect" but they are not. I am still working on learning the ins and outs of modding and I hope to only improve as time goes on.

Have 1 Child - The only thing with this objective is that I obviously cannot stop your Sim from continuing to have children. That's something I might be able to add in the future, but I would essentially need to make the Sim infertile after their first child is born and I'm not sure if anyone would like that. Still, I will look into maybe making it an optional addition.

Call Off Wedding - I had so much trouble when testing this! Not only could I not get the Call Off Wedding option to appear for me, but I had trouble getting my Sim to get married at the wedding arch in general. Fortunately, MissyHissy was a huge help and her mod fixed any issues I had. It's in the recommended mods section, and it's a really great mod that fixed this bug for me and has been helpful to lots of others as well. This will allow your Sim to click on their partner while getting married and select "Call Off Wedding". The link to the mod is in the Recommended Mods section above, where you can find more information about how this mod works. This mod isn't necessary and the objective will still work if you can get EA's "Call Off Wedding" option to appear. Personally, I found MissyHissy's mod to just be easier to work with.
