In the episode they play the "Guild Master Game", where they all draw straws and whoever gets the "Master" symbol can decide give orders to someone else and they have to obey. Maybe someone has introduces Erza to some rope and gags once they become Master?
Sidenote: I know Erza has won before but I can't remember how long ago. Looking through my saved pictures she's dressed as a bunny so I'm assuming April and that means she's in the clear? Just let me know if she isn't. She won third place last Christmas as well I believe so hopefully this time she'll take number one :)

However, don't have it done with her shadow, since there's already a ton of pictures of her being captured by her shadow. Although if you have a better idea for her, I'd be totally fine with that. "

She's a cleric of a trickster god so I think her patron would find it funny to prank her by turning one of her spells back on her and binding her up. Her signiture move is to summon a giant spectral lollipop. so maybe have her bindings look like candy and and treats?

The moonshadow elf assassins wear a magic wristband that won't come off until they've killed their target and will keep getting tighter if they don't. In the first episode, Rayla chooses not to kill her target. But maybe instead of the band getting tighter, it could just put her in a bit of a bind? :)
