I'm going to suggest the same thing as last time: In the episode they play the "Guild Master Game", where they all draw straws and whoever gets the "Master" symbol can decide give orders to someone else and they have to obey. Maybe someone introduces Erza to some rope and gags once they become Master?
Sidenote: Erza has won a couple times before, and twice at Christmas I believe. The first time I submitted she came third and then the last time I submitted her she came second (can't remember the years off the top of my head). Hopefully this time she will come First :)
