おおむね画像に適したオノマトペを付けてくれているようです。

それも、特定要素のみを反映したオノマトペではなく、アクション（例：anal, after anal）や感情表現（例：blush, tears）、エフェクト（例：twitching penis, heavy breathing）等を含めた総合的な結果となっているように見受けられます。

⑤の「ぐるる…」（腹の音？　獣のような唸り声？）は、やや違和感があるもののfat man（太った男）やdisgust（嫌悪）に反応したものと考えると納得できます。
