【考察】WAN2.1におけるI2Vプロンプトの役割

# 1.はじめに

この記事では、WAN2.1におけるI2Vプロンプトの役割の考察をしていきます。

　※I2VはImage-To-Videoの略語で、画像 + プロンプトから映像を生成することを指します。

プロンプト上では、LoRAモデルの効果を適用する為にトリガーワードを設定しますが、それ以外にも自然言語での文章も設定できます。

この文章にどのような内容を書けば良いかが分からなかったので、まずはI2Vにおいてのプロンプトの役割を考察していきます。

　※自然言語とは、私たちが普段会話などで使っている日本語や英語のことですが、画像生成AIの文脈だと基本は英語です。これに加えて、動画生成AIの場合は中国語も加わります。（WAN2.1は中国に本社を置くアリババグループから公開されたものです）

### 素材画像生成時の注意点

・素材画像はなるべくLoRAモデルが意図しているモーションの開始画像に近いものを用意した方が良さそうです。そうでない場合は、突拍子もないモーションになることが多かったです。また、ポージングは一般的なもの（画像生成AIで生成率が高い構図）にした方が良さそうです。1枚目の素材画像は次のFacialに繋げる意図で片手を上げていますが、一般的には体を支える為に両手を下げる必要があります。この為と思いますが、体を支える為の第三の腕が発生する事もありました。また、片手だけで体を支える不自然なものにもなりやすかったです。

・大きな胸がある描写を避けたい場合は、その部位の肌色率は下げた方が良さそうです。

# 4.考察

I2Vプロンプトですが、体感では次の2つの役割があるようでした。

　※あくまでも個人の感想です。

## ①オブジェクト認識

動画生成AIに画像で描かれているものが何かを認識してもらう。

基本的には、人型のオブジェクトは特に言及しなくても人と認識してもらえるようなのですが、それ以外のオブジェクトはプロンプト抜きでは認識してもらえないことがある印象です。

例えば、プロンプト上で「headgear」（ヘッドギア）に言及しないと、ヘッドギアがその下にある髪と一緒にふわふわと動きだしたりすることもありました。

ただし、NSFW領域のオブジェクト（例：penis）は、言及してもLoRA抜きでは認識されない印象です。

## ②モーション指定

動画生成AIが認識したオブジェクトに対して、どのようなモーションを適用するか伝える。

例えば、「Zuntan03/EasyWanVideo」のワークフローに書かれていたプリセットのプロンプトが分かりやすい例になっています。

感覚的には、I2I（Image-To-Image）でのプロンプトの役割に似ています。

まるでですが、元画像での各オブジェクト（髪やヘアリボンやドレスなど）を認識して、プロンプト上での指定通りの再構成をしているように見えます。

ちなみに、「star-shaped pupils」（星形の瞳）の中に「star」（星）の単語が入っているからだと思いますが、周囲の風景にも派生して星のようなエフェクトが散っています。

このような派生事象はWAN2.1でも確認できています。

「mechanical halo」（機械的なヘイロー）をプロンプトで指定した所、溶接時に発生する火花のようなエフェクトが、ヘイローではなく指先に発生するようなこともありました。

また、元画像の方向性がプロンプトやLoRAの方向性と異なると、意図通りの結果にならないのも似ている気がします。

# 5.おわりに

今回の記事を書くまで忘れていたのですが、Pony系の画像生成モデルのベースとなっている「Pony Diffusion V6 XL」は自然言語プロンプトでの学習もされているとの事だったので、画像生成AIと動画生成AIである程度プロンプトを共有できるかもしれません。
