2024-11-15 22:48:50 +0000 UTCI haven't seen this in so long that I had forgotten a lot of the ending. So...much...ugly...crying...from...me! Still, I loved it - the heart. in the storytelling is conveyed so beautifully. To me this was never a horror series, maybe spooky?...certainly wasn't what I was expecting when I first saw it, but loved it just the same. It's weird to have seen The Haunting first which has a lot of the same characters in a wildly different story (I think more based on the book) but the Dudleys in both are straight out of the book "We never come here at night." Lol. I'm trying to think if I cried in any other the other series he did (knowing me, probably all of them) but this one sticks out as having the most heart and lowest level of horror
