It’s the most recent one. It’s really well done and it made me remember all those stories we read in English Lit in high school lol. I think (?) if you go to it on Netflix you can see a trailer for it to see if you are interested, but you may not want to if you want to go in completely blind. Loving your reactions to this series!

For me that was the last show that I watched from Flanagan's shows and I have to admit I really liked it. I heard mixed reviews on that show and didn't know what to expect, I think it did helpd that I saw some of the actors in previous Flanagan's shows and I did have more connections with all the actors.

My next favorite of Mike Flanagan's is Fall of the House of Usher. I didn't know what to expect going into it, I just thought the title photo looked cool and I was thoroughly shocked! I love Edgar Allen Poe and it's done beautifully. Midnight Mass, Haunting of Bly Manor and Midnight Club are great as well. Definitely keep going. Thank you for the reaction! Love ya!❤️

2024-11-15 11:37:42 +0000 UTCIf you are looking for a good follow up, the same guy (Mike Flanagan) who did this production also did The Haunting of Bly Manor (based on Henry James "The Turn of the Screw"), Midnight Mass, and The Fall of the House of Usher (each episode is based on a different tale or poem by Edgar Allen Poe). He uses much of the same cast for each and his wife in real life is Theo. They are all on Netflix and easily binge worthy, but Midnight Mass and Fall of the House of Usher are my favorites.

That's how I felt as well.. it was such a well written, tragically beautiful show. It left me shook. I think they used the 7 stages of grief, not 5. Most say it represents the kids. I think it also included the parents. I love anything that makes you go deeper than you ever thought it would go. Psychology basically. I love mind fu@kery.
