2024-12-06 06:24:43 +0000 UTCTywin is such a complex and interesting character. (Alot like Jamie) It makes sense to hate him but Charles Dance is so good in this role! Everytime I see him I think of the movie Last Action Hero. (Its an Arnold Schwarzenegger movie from 1993. Tywin plays a guy who has a glass eye in it.) I don't think I'll ever see him different! Also, I definitely remember hating Tywin so much when he melted down Ice, Ned's sword, to make one for Jamie and that piss ant Joffrey. It was so dishonorable to have the Starks slaughtered at the Red Wedding....I mean what a betrayal! They were guests and they had a level of trust that they were safe. Very cunning on Tywin's part but also a bit cowardly. I'm not sure that's a victory I'd be proud of.

2024-12-04 16:38:17 +0000 UTCThis episode has a scene that made me think you and Jay should try John Wick. Keanu is gorgeous, as usual, so reason enough for me personally. The action is CRAZY, it's a stuntmans love letter to stunts! Lots of crossover with GOT actors. It does have some pretty gory death scenes though, so I'm not 100%... still think you'd love it. Especially the first one.

In real life we often see only one side of a person and everyone has good and bad in them. I love how real the characters in this feel because of that.

It's a song popular with the Lannisters (And their troops) because it tells the story of the Rains. a Nobel family who rebelled against the Lannisters and were wiped out. Every member of the family was killed in retribution. It's the song they played when the killing started at the Red Wedding.
