Hi Amber! I had trouble finding this episode because it's labelled S3 rather than S4, in case you want to correct that. Do you remember when Tyrion first started working as The Hand of The King and he was trying to weed out the people he couldn't trust? He had dinner with the Commander of the city watch of Kings Landing and then sent him to the Nights Watch and then made Bronn the Commander. That was Janos Slynt, the bald guy who was whining to Jon at the top of the wall about his accomplishments and then he went and hid with Gilly and the baby. I completely understand and agree why Ygritte was so hurt when Jon left her to go back, but she knew that when he was with them that he never stopped being a crow. Jon tries his best to be honorable and even though he loved her, he's a sworn brother of the Night's watch and had to return to the wall.

I agree that Jon Snow is a Stark....I mean if Ned is his father he's at least half Stark, just without the name....right? You asked how many wolves we've lost so far in the last episode or two....I'm not sure if it got answered. So far 3 are gone. Lady(Sansa) Nymeria(Arya sent her away to save her) Grey Wind(Robb) We still have 3. Ghost(Jon Snow) Summer(Bran) Shaggydog(Rickon) Really amazing episode with great battle scenes. More to come! Thanks Amber!

I feel you on the tension Amber! I always make my cat cuddle on these kinds of scenes. She's my security blanket.

The battle episodes are some of the best and my favorites, they’re just so nerve wracking! Luckily there are more battle episodes to come. Ygrittes death always makes me cry, she loved Jon, but it was fitting for Olly to take her out since she was the one who killed his dad (in the show).

I honestly couldn't remember all of this episode, so it was definitely like watching all new with you! Another amazing one, as so many are in this show! Thank you Amber for sharing with us!!! 😱❤️

Yay! Can't wait to watch tonight after work. Thanks Amber 😊

One of my favorites. The 2nd true battle of the show. Happy Saturday Amber. 🖤

Kit Harrington (Jon Snow), and Rose Leslie (Ygritte) got married in real life and are still together with children. So I guess in the end....Jon Snow did know something ;)

Ser Alliser, for as much of a jerk as he is, is one hell of a fighter and battle commander. Janos Slynt…. What a sniveling coward! Sam is the star of this episode. And the way it ended with Jon and Ygritte… one of the most heartbreaking moments I’ve ever seen. But at least one did not kill the other. Probably the best possible way it could have ended given the circumstances.

Oh this is one of the best episodes, ever, hands down. And more “best episodes ever” to come!!!! Yes, the whole thing was on the Wall. Crazy! I think the only one like this so far was another epic battle, Blackwater, when Stannis attacked Kings Landing. And just like this one there are people on both sides they have you rooting for! Epic.

When I watch gory series like this I usually can't watch the scene the first time. I watch through my fingers. Then I'll rewatch it and am horrified. Then I'll rewatch it and am amused and amazed and think "how did they do that?" I think it would be a lot of fun to work as a special effects/make up artist on shows like this. There's a particular scene later on in the series that all point out when it happens that cracked me up and makes me want to be a make up artist! Another fun show for that sort of thing The Walking Dead.
