I still remember watching this one when it first aired and having it completely change my perception of him from someone who was frantically trying to survive to someone who actually enjoys the powerful feeling he’s found through his terrible actions. Masterful storytelling.

His crew and timings are tight.... missing truck by more than an hour.... they are on it. Their police reports would get the best of write ups given Gus' donations and friendships. Random reports would be so rare as not to be worth writing into thescript

He says she was adamant that he went first ahead of her and she seemed terrified and stuttering her words. He was like “no please you were here first”, and she was having none of it.

Pollos trucks kept getting riddled with bullets, and yet the cops or anyone else don’t question why? It’s plausible Mike could have driven the first truck away himself, but this one gets abandoned with two dead bodies on a public road, and the writers seem to just brush it off. This is probably the one hole in the whole series that bothers me the most. Other than that the writing is brilliant.
