Just got towards the end of the episode and Gus and the gang are having conversations in Spanish -- but no subtitles AGAIN!

That’s why he immediately threw the drink away and put the cup inside an evidence bag. He suspected Gus because of the Pollos flyer he found in Gale’s journal. Gale just found a piece of paper at Pollos’ while meeting with Gus there and used it to write the part number when they place the order for the industrial HEPA filter.
