Marvel order

Hey guys! I just wanted to check that this would be the correct order.

I’m second guessing myself because I fully expected end game to be the next film.

Marvel order

Comments

Everyone seems to have you covered Amber 😎

Scott Alker

You should go back and watch the Tony Maguire and Andrew Garfield Spider-Man movies too.

Mike Monson

Luke cage as well I like how people will bring up those 3 characters but won't bring up luke cage particular season 1

Rashad Walker

Hey Amber, as many have said the MCU starts to be hit or miss after Endgame. I definitely want to advocate for the Dark Knight trilogy. It’s completely self contained to the 3 movies: Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, and The Dark Knight Rises. Many consider these the greatest superhero movies ever

Solomon

You must watch WandaVision before you watch Multiverse of madness because the movie doesn’t make sense at all unless you have seen WandaVision

Heather

The "Ant-man and the Wasp" and Captain Marvel must be seen before End-Game. It's all connected.

Kirk V

indeed it is.

Jim

Hey Amber once you get to endgame I recommend watching we didn’t start the fire - marvel it’s a fun 2 minute skit from the Jimmy Fallon show that recaps moments from iron man through captain marvel. I think you would get a kick out of it and could be a good bonus video.

Philip England

Captain Marvel does *not* take place in the 80's. Also, you're giving away spoilers. EDIT: Thank you for removing the comment.

Dodger Blue 311

🙄 I'm not talking about the post credit scenes I'm talking about the movies themselves and story line in the movies there's reason it's called cinematic timeline the story in the movies make it easier to understand the mcu I've don't watch the mcu timeline order and to me it made more sense and I understood the story alot better but it's whatever in my opinion the mcu timeline is easier to understand if your watching to also see the post credit scenes then yes watch them in release order but your going to watch the movie to understand the story plot then watch the mcu timeline just don't watch the post credit scenes until after the fact that's all either way ppl can watch whatever timeline they want I'm just saying perspective and just making suggestion but I guess it's to big of a deal and I'm not allowed to I guess🙄🤦🏽

Deon Martin

You are correct I'm just having trouble thinking of ways to suggest things without spoiling anything

Naturekitty5309

No it doesn't make more sense. The end credits are meant to be seen in the Production Order. The end credits in Timeline order are either spoilers or are completely out of context and confusing.

Jason Pike

WandaVision is an absolute must...

Michael Akkerman

Agreed - but just to clarify; End Game and Spider-Man: Far From Home are the last two movies of Phase 3. Phase 1 ended with the original Avengers movie.

Don Britt

I have said this before, but after Far From Home, Amber should do a live stream to talk about Phase 1-3.

Charles Allen

Just go with the yrs. of release & you'll be fine.

Dale Sands

It gets pretty hard to keep up with what to watch and in what order after Avengers: Endgame, as I'm sure you've seen from the comments. I'd recommend looking up a list that includes the TV shows and maybe even a list that gives you a list of the "Essential Viewing" films and shows so that you just watch the important and/or good ones. Quality gets pretty shaky after Endgame outside a few standouts like the two Spider-Man films, Sheng-Chi, Guardians 3 and Deadpool and Wolverine. Several of the shows are good though.

Andrew Wilks

or get spoiled by someone

SMPUNK

would love to watch you react to the Disney+ shows, but if you aren't, you should still watch them between the movies after Endgame

Pako Sandoval

After Endgame, there are a couple of gems, but there sadly are some skippable ones as well. After Endgame, you would do well to watch at least the first season of the Loki series, ideally before Spider-Man No Way Home and Dr Strange II, definitely before Ant Man Quantumania.

Thaddeus Winterson

It is in release order. The link says chronological but it lists release order first then chronological. However, there are probably better lists… and there are like a million comments so I’m sure she can figure it out lol

Ray H

Sorry if were overwealming you Amber! Appreciate all the effort. Don't stress to much about it. I'd say for me as long as you try that's good enough. Things get a little less defined after endgame

Melody Netherton

I'm so excited for you to see it! It will make you like him a lot more I think.

Melody Netherton

She needs release order

Melody Netherton

I agrre except Ms. Marvel is pretty bad too.. just imo

Melody Netherton

I love it and I feel like it gives a lot of closure.

Melody Netherton

Agreed. What’s the point of juggling everyone’s opinions. I like plenty of movies others probably don’t, and Amber May as well.

Catchermag

pk808

Amber, so what's your plan for watching the next 3 movies? Just so we have an ETA..... Thanks

Karen Silvera

Not only is Ant Man & The Wasp and Captain Marvel next, but they're also way more light-hearted, a good way to catch your breath after the intensity of Infinity War.

T-Dott

Some of the shows actually matter. I wouldn't watch Dr. Strange Multiverse without watching WandaVision, and I wouldn't watch Deadpool Wolverine without watching X-Men, Loki and Logan (optional other deadpools, daredevil, fantastic 4, deadpool wolverine is so full of references) . Spiderman No Way Home requires the previous older Spidermans because of nostalgia gimmick. Black Widow actually takes place between Civil War and Infinity War, so that could be whenever. During this later phase, the Marvel shows started feeling better than the films. Moon Knight and WandaVision are an absolute worth-it experience. Eventually most of the shows will matter, Loki, and Wandavision, are pretty important now! Moon Knight was wonderful so it is getting a second season (can be watched completely independently, no crazy tie-ins to other MCU as of now). The older Daredevil show was amazing and will be restarted by Netflix and will tie-in to MCU in NYC which already is tied to Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist and the show Echo. The show Miss Marvel will tie in to The Marvels, The Hawkeye show and Miss Marvel will matter when they make the young-adult team. Basically after Endgame, WandaVision and Loki matter.

verdantdruid

Much of these Marvel films get hard to watch if I am honest as the quality takes a nose drive after Endgame. But, considering the upcoming Daredevil Reborn is picking up from where the Netflix series left off. It may be worth at least watching the Daredevil, Punisher and Jessica Jones TV series on it.

Tim

Before you watch the next Dr Strange movie you should also watch the tv series Inhumans from 2017

Mark Pickersgill

Agreed. My comment was directed at Deon. Doesn’t make sense to advocate watching the “timeline” order when she’s already this far down the movie list.

The Mad Icelander

Do what you want , I love infinity and end game and honestly have never seen ant man and saw capt marvel years later .

Sam Mascaro

When we were watching in 2018 it was pretty much known this part of the story was going to be in 2 parts, so we expected a cliff hanger, but DEFINITELY NOT to this level. Sheesh. It was fun opening weekend to go and watch it multiple times and see peoples reaction. Aleays a lot of tears and sobbing. Rough week watching GoT 6x5 and this. Lol

Charles Allen

And I'm saying it won't. Again these things are written the way they are on purpose. Nobody who watched the release order as they came out was confused. That's like suggesting people should watch Star Wars 1-3 first when that spoils the entire point of ESB.

Adrian Rhodes

I understand a lot of people didn’t like 2005 fantastic Four But I think seeing who played Johnny Storm is important. All though seeing it this close to Deadpool & Wolverine might not have the same surprise as it did for me

Thomas Horton

Painful luxury! OMG - I'm still laughing... Such a great line! Thank you. And all of those spoilers videos that were about a 12 sec clip illegally filmed in studio H that got broken down so much that the videos were an hour long! Lol 🤫

Karen Silvera

yes she's done them all up to infinity war. Her Avengers reaction is one of my favorites! She really reads fan comments to learn more and gets really into it.

Melody Netherton

Amber, before you watch Avengers Endgame, you MUST watch: Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018) Captain Marvel (2019) Then, once those movies are done, then you can watch Avengers: Endgame (2019)

Jonathan

I personally don’t think she “must” see those two movies. Not essential viewing. In my opinion of course.

The Mad Icelander

Have you been watching marvel movies in order so far? If so id like to get back and watch along lol

Rawgers

Deon …dude, she’s already half way through the release order. Do you want her to start over? 🤦🏻‍♂️

The Mad Icelander

What’s the point of pushing for timeline order though when she’s already at Infinity War? Not like she’s going to start all over! Lol.

The Mad Icelander

Thank you K Dub that was well put.

Robert Lopez

NO! Amber don't skip ANYTHING! Every Marvel movie and TV show plays a part in the MCU. If you skip anything, you will be confused.

Jonathan

Thank you Amber for your efforts especially managing all the opinions. I'll add my "two cents" by saying that depending on your personal desire and how much energy that you want to expend delving into this universe then a simple Google search of MCU movie watch in "release" order is the simplest way to follow the cinematic journey after Endgame. There are "direct"... "tie ins" to the Cinematic Universe and characters through the Disney+ tv shows but don't fret in getting overwhelmed. Take your time with the movies. There are peripheral titles and tv series. Take a break to catch your breath. After Endgame comes the "Multiverse" Saga oftentimes confusing for new watchers....being introduced to the deep abstract storytelling lore of the MCU with movies and abstract comic book based story lore already planned out for over the next few years. Cinematic release order please🙏 to not confuse and overwhelm yourself. Original MCU viewers...we had the painful luxury of years between movies buoyed by tv show related material(example...Loki...Falcon & Winter Soldier...etc) inbetween so I commend you for trying to wrangle a bull. Thank you again!!!👏🏾

K Dub

Uh... no way home? Doctor strange 2 is decent but not a home run Shang chi is wonderfully done Eternals is gorgeous visually but subpar storywise Black widow really shouldn't have been done Most series are great except she hulk (🤮)

Karl Kraus

Everything is required viewing up until Endgame. After that, there is some content that you can skip. Take note of the titles that NOBODY is asking for.

Becky White

You can watch Spiderman Far From Home with no problem. It's No Way Home where you need more backstory.

Becky White

@Karl. Did you mean No Way Home? Far From Home is the last movie of Phase 3. The 2000's/2010's Spider-Man movies can definitely be watched after Far From Home.

Dodger Blue 311

Yes, and also before doctor strange multiverse, watch the wandavision series. Good on the order. keep it up.

Tray-T

True

Tray-T

...after Endgame

Mark Adolph

Last comment. I would recommend with the growth of your channel recently you do a discord channel and grab a few people as moderators. They can help make sure info like this is more streamlined and better organized for you so you’re not reading 100 different comments giving you 20 different ways to watch a series. That can be overwhelming. Having a platform like discord allows you to have different chat rooms basically for specific subjects and having moderators can help make sure you’re seeing what’s important and relevant for you and your channel. Just my recommendation as someone who’s been watching reaction channels for a while now

MadeByMali

Nobody seems to be emphasizing it enough, so I'll say it here: before Spiderman No Way Home, you MUST WATCH all 3 of Tobey Maguire's Spiderman movies and both of Andrew Garfield's Spiderman movies. Otherwise that movie will not make much sense. And as a bonus suggestion, the Daredevil tv show with Charlie cox is easily the best tv show marvel has produced so far, and eventually (with what's coming out in the near future) will also become a MUST watch. 😊

Shafi Abbasi

Please try to watch the 5 earlier Spider Man movies with Toby and Andrew before you watch "No Way Home" (2021). The payoff is really worth it; also, they are all very good movies.

Jim Madden

It would be a good idea to watch the X-Men films as well I think I saw that you watched Deadpool on another Channel not sure if you watch them both or not but they would be great to revisit after you watch these Marvel movies and also after you have watched the X-Men movies cuz there's so many jokes in there that you're going to you're going to find that you didn't get the first time around

Naturekitty5309

If no one else has suggested it, you should consider watching Daredevil. It's a great show with ties to the MCU

Luis Garcia

Because these movies tend to get heavy sometimes and there are a lot of them. I would like to suggest that you take a break after phase one which would be after end game and watch some of the older Marvel movies that came out before even Marvel Studios was out there. I'd like to suggest the Spider-Man series with Tobey Maguire and also the Spider-Man series with Andrew Garfield those are also great not sure if you've seen any of those or not though keep them in mind.

Naturekitty5309

The shows start after Spiderman: Far From Home.

Dodger Blue 311

Thank you Adrian for posting this! You're the only person who's posted all of the MCU content in the correct order, including both movies AND shows. Amber, this is the ONLY list you should be going off of. But like many others have said, regarding Deadpool and Wolverine, she should watch all of the X-Men and first 2 Deadpool movies before getting to it. That way it makes more sense.

Dodger Blue 311

I'm just gonna agree to disagree for one for two it was just a suggestion no need to make a big deal out of it it's not that big of a deal and no I don't have to stop making an suggestion if she chooses the release order that's fine but I was just making an suggestion that's it.

Deon Martin

Yes

Drewcliff82

And I know it's weird, we were all wondering how the other movies were even going to work without going right to Endgame but have faith because it'll all make sense eventually. And watch out for those spoilers :D

Stacy Davidson

Yeah don't forget those post-post-post credit scenes too ;)

Stacy Davidson

Yeah but if your trying to understand the main story it makes sense to watch the timeline because it would make it easier for someone new to the films is where I'm getting at.

Deon Martin

WandaVision doesn't start until after Spiderman: Far From Home.

Dodger Blue 311

Stop saying this. She's watching in release order, and that's the only order that makes sense for someone new to the MCU.

Dodger Blue 311

Yes, I don't think it's a must watch, but I do think it's worth watching, I enjoyed it even though a lot of people didn't

Tony Bell

WandaVision starts after Spiderman: Far From Home, not after Endgame.

Dodger Blue 311

Actually, the other spider mans need to be seen BEFORE far from home

Karl Kraus

What about Hawkeye? When does it come in the timeline? After black widow?

Melody Netherton

You definitely want to watch it according to the release order (Ant Man 2, Capt. Marvel, …) A bunch of things in Endgame won’t make sense otherwise.

Samuel Jenks

You forgot hawkeye but thanks I wasn't sure on series order

Melody Netherton

The shows do have plots that effect the movies so you may want to include them..keep the great work up😀

Steven K

That's correct I wanted to add after Endgame there are 4 mini-series Loki(season 1 only)Wandavision, hawkeye and Falcon Winter soldier. I personally would do them before more movies. I'm so excited for more! Thanks Amber!

Melody Netherton

If you're going to watch Deadpool and Wolverine I'd recommend watching the X-Men movies and the Deadpool movies

Lauren Gray

BTW if you want to be the super completionist fan you also need to watch older Spider Man films and XMen films and Fantastic Four films AND all the Netflix series: Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and The Defenders. Of course that's for the die hard, must see them all, fans (FF films are honestly not very good). However I personally think Jessica Jones is a lesser known but excellent series and the other Defenders stories are not bad.

James Melton

This is correct. You need to watch the next 2 movies before End Game. It will make sense at the end.

Charles Allen

No it doesn't. Release order is that way for a reason. Movies are written linearly, meaning she'd miss out on Easter Eggs watching it out of order. For example, a lot of fun things in Captain Marvel only works if you've watched previous films.

Adrian Rhodes

Don't skip the two movies between "Infinity War" and "Endgame". Significant things happen and important characters appear. And I really like both of them even if they aren't considered top Marvel films. Yes it will take time but you won't be waiting a full year for "Endgame".

James Melton

Looks correct to me

Future_Boy85

Also Amber after endgame but before Spider-Man: No Way Home, please binge the two other spiderman movie series. Tobey Mcguire’s spiderman and Andrew Garfield’s. It’s essential and relevant

MadeByMali

I know but I'm saying it makes alot more sense to watch it in the timeline order.

Deon Martin

??? Both films are directly tied to events and characters in endgame. What are you talking about

MadeByMali

I'm sure she'll be ok. She's made it this far lol

Adrian Rhodes

After Endgame, it is important to watch the series. Beginning with WandaVision which takes place immediatly after Endgame, then comes Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Then Loki.....THEN you can watch the first MOVIE after Endgame, which is Black Widow. Before Marvel Studios had back all the rights to their characters, Sony, Fox and Universal still held the rights to some characters. It's kinda important that you go back and watch the Xmen movies and the Spider Man movies made by Sony before you get into WandaVision and forge ahead into Phase 4 Marvel.

DarrellWaller

Do yall realize how overwhelming this probably looks to her 😭

MadeByMali

She's watching in release order. This list isn't.

Adrian Rhodes

1.Captain America: The First Avenger 2.Captain Marvel 3.Iron Man 4.Iron Man 2 5.The Incredible Hulk 6.Thor 7.The Avengers 8.Iron Man 3 9.Thor: The Dark World 10.Captain America: The Winter Soldier 11.Guardians of the Galaxy 12.Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 13.Avengers: Age of Ultron 14.Ant-Man 15.Captain America: Civil War 16.Spider-Man: Homecoming 17.Doctor Strange 18.Black Panther 19.Thor: Ragnarok 20.Black Widow 21.Avengers: Infinity War 22.Ant-Man and the Wasp 23.Avengers: Endgame 24.Spider-Man: Far From Home 25.Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings 26.Eternals 27.Spider-Man: No Way Home 28.Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness 29.Thor: Love and Thunder 30.Black Panther: Wakanda Forever 31.Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania 32.Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 33.The Marvels 34.Deadpool & Wolverine

Deon Martin

You should definitely watch the old spider man movies before Spiderman No way home. And you should watch more or less all of the marvel fox universe before Deadpool & Wolverine (which is way later in the MCU). At least if you want to have the (almost) full MCU experience! There will be a lot of jokes and references that you do not get if you not know all the spider man, x-men, fantastic four movies and so on. Especially The Deadpool Movies are a MUST watch.

Boerben

Yup that is correct

Jacob Hughes

That's correct. Ant Man 2 and Captain Marvel set up Endgame's plot!

David Callahan

It's better to watch them in the timeline order it's called the mcu timeline.

Deon Martin

I think she's only seen the first two x Men, I think she should watch the rest minus maybe Wolverine origins, before she gets back into Deadpool

Tony Bell

Before watching Spider-Man: No Way Home, you should definitely watch the Tobey McGuire Spider-Man movies and the Andrew Garfield Spider-Man movies...Theres...story reasons.

Kevin

Falcon and the winter soldier should be watched if she ever gets the new Captain America movie or thunderbolts

Mark Finley

Yes ma'am! You got it

Jerry Boser

Of course

Tony Bell

after the infinity war series of course.

Wxyz@73

I say just follow the release order. Not everyone has all the series and pay for options to watch the many series that ended up being added. I'm sure there are varied opinions, but seems those can be viewed afterwards if you want. Thanks Amber!

Debi Bailey

You should consider watching the previous Spiderman and X-Men movies, they are essential to understanding what's ahead

Tony Bell

Yep you got the order right. And you're doing GREAT

Mark Walston

Agreed. Watch the two movies before endgame. Super Important. Events and things that happen in there that might be confusing if you skipped straight to endgame. Amber also pay attention to the directors of this film. They bring elements of their directing style to these films. That's why each one is somewhat different and unique. Happy Watching! :)

Wxyz@73

Please after endgame include Loki and wandavision

Shaynge

Movie wise that is correct, but you should watch at least Wandavision, Falcon and Winter Soldier and Loki in the order they come out, the others in my opinion aren't as essential

Tony Bell

You should check the 70’s TV Show The Incredible Hulk So you can see Lou Ferrigno He also did a cameo in the first Incredible Hulk Movie. Dr Banner brought him a Pizza

Thomas Horton

I was thinkin...Invicible would be a good call too.

SERGEANT ROCK

That's the one I added which has the non MCU movies in it as well.

Rowan

The issue is that they decided to make Loki and WandaVision required context for some of the films. However, they are both INCREDIBLE so I don’t think you’ll be bothered watching them. Hawkeye is fun but not required context. What If…? Is literally just an animated side series about stuff that could have happened but has no impact on the main storyline. Falcon and WS wasn’t required context, but when thunderbolts comes out in a few months, it will be.

Eric Smoak

That’s fair. Just left it off since the movies impacted by it aren’t out yet

Ben Martin

Amber definitely should NOT skip straight to Endgame as she would miss VERY important events and additional character introductions. Amber has done reactions to all of the X-Men movies so she (you, if you happen to see this Amber 😉) is all set until they officially join the MCU in the future. I definitely concur that the three Tobey Maguire / Sam Raimi ‘Spider-Man’ movies from 2002-2007 and the two Andrew Garfield / Marc Webb ‘Amazing Spider-Man’ from 2012-2014 should be watched at some point after the MCU’s Spider-Man Far From Home. After Far From Home new concepts are explored (trying to avoid spoilers) and being familiar with the events in these other Spider-Man films will help you enjoy the next “Saga” with less confusion going forward.

Tony F.

That lists everything from Marvel and not just the MCU (like Cloak and Dagger, Like Cage, etc.)

Adrian Rhodes

Captain Marvel & AM & Wasp aren't that great yet tie into the Endgame storyline. Everything after Endgame is a dumpster fire sans Guardians 3 & Deadpool & Wolverine.

SERGEANT ROCK

You definitely SHOULD watch the 2 movies you have in there before endgame. They are crucial to understanding key points in endgame. As far as series go WandaVision is crucial to Multiverse of Madness. Loki s1 is crucial to Quantumania for "Kang" and Falcon and Winter Soldier is crucial to the new Captain America, which opened today! I'm enjoying your reactions to the MCU and Game of Thrones. I have a suggestion after GoT (not just House of the Dragon). Watch HBOs "Rome" Caesar, Cleopatra, and Marc Antony...one of the best series they ever did and Game of Thrones exists because of the world building they started. Just 2 seasons but very worth it!

RomanCelt

Regardless of others opinions trying to shape other people's opinions. They ate all fun things to watch even the "worst" ones have great moments and stories to enjoy strictly for fun

Matt Thomas

Loki season 1 came out around Black Widow, so you can watch it before that. However, if you are going to be watching all the shows, which I would suggest, watching them in order could avoid any confusion and possibly spoiling what shows are connected to.

Luis Garcia

That is correct. However, after Endgame the quality is going to take a hit for a while. But if you enjoy them, more power to you. It's about your journey.

Chris

Always recommend date release order of all the MCU movies and shows

Matt Thomas

Wandavision, Falcon & The Winter Soldier & Loki S1 were relseased between Spiderman Far From Home and Black Widow. That atleast gets you started. :)

Hamza Darby

Falcon and Winter Soldier DEFINITELY impacts upcoming films.

Adrian Rhodes

Whoa whoa whoa…this list MUST include the MCU series in the proper places. They continue the storyline along with the movies, in many cases. They often introduce new characters and situations that will be relevant in upcoming movies.

Susan Holly

Thanks for that! Must have missed it. I watched infinity war last night and I’m thinking to myself. It was odd that I hadn’t seen Ant-man. Thanks, Rowan. You just gave me something to watch tonight. 🥸

Jeremy Vickers

100% I'd avoid people personal opinions and just rock release order. You should be allowed to make your own opinions after the fact like they did.

Matt Thomas

Watch season 1 after endgame and season 2 before Quantamania.

Eric Smoak

i think someone manually added a list for you, but here is a site that lists all marvel movies and shows in release order. https://www.digitalspy.com/movies/a825774/marvel-cinematic-universe-in-chronological-order/

Ray H

The only issue you’re gonna face is that some of the shows will explain things in the movies. Which was a very dumb move on marvel’s part. But without splicing things like Loki into there you’re 100% gonna be SO CONFUSED at certain points.

Eric Smoak

Nah just the ones that don’t impact the stories in the movies to a significant degree (so far). I actually liked some of the ones that I said she can skip

Ben Martin

https://www.imdb.com/list/ls525999515/

Rowan

Lol this is horrible advice! Seems like you're wanting her to skip the ones you personally don't like.

Adrian Rhodes

If you don't want all the shows you may be lost loki /Wanda vision / and miss marvel and if you have Disney plus it will have them in order

dragon keep

I don't have an opinion on the rest, but yes, Ant Man and Captain Marvel should come before End Game.

Molly Campbell

I found the easiest to read one.

Rowan

And Deadpool2

Thomas Horton

Here you go! Watch these after Spider-Man: Far From Home: Marvel Phase 4: WandaVision (2021) [Disney Plus] Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021) [Disney Plus] Loki season 1 (2021) [Disney Plus] Black Widow (2021) What If...? (2021) [Disney Plus] Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021) Eternals (2021) Hawkeye (2021) [Disney Plus] Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021) Moon Knight (2022) [Disney Plus] Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022) Ms. Marvel (2022) [Disney Plus] Thor: Love and Thunder (2022) I Am Groot (2022) [Disney Plus] She-Hulk (2022) [Disney Plus] Werewolf By Night (2022) [Disney Plus] Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022) Guardians of the Galaxy Christmas Special (2022) [Disney Plus] Marvel Phase 5 Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (2023) Guardians of the Galaxy 3 (2023) Secret Invasion (2023) [Disney Plus] Loki season 2 (2023) [Disney Plus] The Marvels (2023) What If...? season 2 (2023) [Disney Plus] Echo (2024) [Disney Plus] Deadpool & Wolverine (2024) Agatha All Along (2024) [Disney Plus] What If...? season 3 (2024) [Disney Plus]

Adrian Rhodes

Here’s a list of which shows are essential to the movies and which are not (IMO) WandaVision - must watch anywhere in between Endgame and Dr. Strange MOM Loki - watch at least season 1 in between Endgame and Ant-Man Quantumania Falcon & Winter Solider - can be skipped Hawkeye - can be skipped but it’s fun, watch after Black Widow Moon Knight - can be skipped Ms. Marvel - watch before The Marvels She-Hulk - can be skipped Secret Invasion - can be skipped and is bad Echo - can be skipped Agatha All Along - can be skipped but you’ll probably like it, watch anytime after WandaVision

Ben Martin

This right here, Amber, is correct!

Just Dave

My favorite Disney Marvel miniseries. The acting, writing, directing is stellar.

Anthony

I got you sis! Here you go: (After Spider-Man: Far From Home) Marvel Phase 4: WandaVision (2021) [Disney Plus] Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021) [Disney Plus] Loki season 1 (2021) [Disney Plus] Black Widow (2021) What If...?

You have to watch fantastic four 2005 then fantastic four rise of the silver surfer and blade and several other marvel movies that you are unaware of

Thomas Horton

This list includes shows that are not a part of the MCU, so she doesn't need to watch all that.

Adrian Rhodes

Looks good to me. There’s a lot of comments about seeing the first two Spider-Man series with Tobey Maguire, and Andrew Garfield. It’s up to you, but you might not understand what’s going on in Spider-Man 3 without seeing these. There are a lot of references to the X-Men series, particularly jokes you would not understand, if you do not see the Xmen series. Again, it’s up to you. This alone adds at least 12 additional movies, if I’m counting correctly. I love all of these movies, so whatever you do, I’m here for it.

Richard C

If you are strictly going by MCU movies, yes that’s the order. However, there are several television shows in between those movies that are canon to the MCU. Also, the Fox X-Men franchise and Deadpool 1 & 2 at a minimum should probably be seen in order before you see Deadpool & Wolverine.

Ray H

Yes

Anthony

Yes

Anthony

You are correct. We had to wait a whole year to see Avengers: Endgame in theaters.

RockLord69

https://www.imdb.com/list/ls525999515/ This one is best. Edited because I'm an idiot that put the ultimate one down. This is all MCU only. Movies and shows.

Rowan

Do Not watch Deadpool & Wolverine until you watch other Marvel Movies or you will miss out

Thomas Horton

So I could do it right after end game and not mess up the sequence in which I’m watching?

Amber Walker

Honestly I would say anytime after end game, even before would be fine but I'd recommend getting through end game first :)

Jerry Boser

The Loki Series is after Endgame, and should be watched before Multiverse of Madness.

RockLord69

X men series is awesome to watch! One of my favs 🙂

Melisa

I would love to. I don’t know where each show fits best. I would need to find a list

Amber Walker

I do want to. I don’t want to postpone watching any marvel films so I’ll have to figure that out.

Amber Walker

Ah yes you’re right. Far from home, then wandavision

Jim

She watched it. It's on here.

Rowan

That's not in order.

Rowan

Hey guys! I’d also like to know, if I chose to watch the Loki mini series, where would that fit best?

Amber Walker

Far from home is before wandavision

Luis Garcia

Absolutely right ✅️ Ant man 2 and captain marvel NEED to be watched BEFORE endgame Ant man 2 happens during infinity war and captain marvel is... I'll let you see But the next thing is you need to take a break from the mcu after endgame and watch the 2000s and 2010s spider man movies to properly experience spider man no way home Very important to do so You'll thank us later

Karl Kraus

If you haven't seen the X-Men movies and the Tobey and Andrew spider Man movies I would probably check that out before you continue. Also I hope you react to the shows like Loki, Falcon and the Winter Soldier and WandaVision

JESSEMLR1

Do end game next . Those have nothing to do with the story line .

Sam Mascaro

Although I hope you consider adding the MCU shows in there

Luis Garcia

Yes, this is the correct order and there's very good reason for it. Also, you REALLY should add in the upcoming MCU series on Disney Plus in between some of the films after Endgame. They're important!

Adrian Rhodes

Yes, but if you are going to go that far, you'll have to watch the TV show Wandavision and a couple others

Mark Finley

This is correct for the films. But keep in mind that when you get past Endgame there are tv shows that need to be sprinkled in between some movies. There are sites out there that have the correct release order (not chronological!) including tv shows.

MotoDork

This is correct and VERY important to do it this way or you’ll miss really important context for end game

MadeByMali

That is the correct order Amber. You've got ant man and Capt marvel before endgame. Won't make sense out of order.....

Karen Silvera

Correct Order!!

Shelly Mac

Yep that's the right order

Dave Eckhardt

Yep definitely want to watch Ant-Man & Wasp and Capt. Marvel before watching Endgame. After that the exact order is not as important other than Spider-Man NWH being before Dr. Strange MOM

Ben Martin

That is the order of the films yes. You’re missing the Disney plus series. After endgame it’s “wandavision”

Jim

Did you miss the first Ant 🐜Man?

Jeremy Vickers

That's correct

Luis Garcia

You’ll see after watching the next two why they are before endgame

Andrew

That is the correct release order

Jeff

Yes ma'am this is correct :) can't wait!

Jerry Boser

Yup this is correct.

JESSEMLR1

Dead on.

Rowan

This is the correct order!🫡

Andrew
