And conversely he may be the only fighting man who respects her as a person. Each responds deeply to that respect because it's shared and because they can look at each other as equals.

Maybe it's the writing. The poetry of her lines definitely lends them substance. In any case I think everyone was stunned at this rendition of Joffrey's death which is so compelling but seems so different from the actual events.

The last time this was asked I think he was "dead" and I couldn't say his name. You're right. He does have a conscience. He has his own sense of honor and quite honestly is probably one of the most honorable characters. He's not perfect but that's what makes him so damn real. Ok, this is how I felt about Jamie at this point. Cersei and Brienne are his dark and light sides. His dark has been with him his entire life.... that light is sure looking intriguing to him don't you think? At this point I've got fingers and toes crossed. I'm shipping the hell out of them. Btw, just a curious question. You can make a thumbs up or down, did you flip it off yet??? 😉😊🤪
