I think the train scene towards the end, where Tobey has to stop the train, is one of the greatest superhero scenes ever. It's a raw performance, nothing glamorous, nothing but pure will and effort to save countless lives. Amazing!

I love how Toby Maguire has little, smart ass comments, and Tom Holland is so awkward and clumsy, like a highschooler really would be. I graduated in 2002 when the first Toby Maguire Spider-Man movie came out and I loved all of them! Then I have a 16 year-old son who grew up with the Amazing Spider-Man movies but rewatched the Toby Maguire series with me when he was little. and now I have a six-year-old who has grown up with Tom Holland, so I have a love for all of them!!!

All these years later, it remains one of the best superhero movies ever. One thing that never got followed up on because the Toby movies came to an end: John Jameson, who was going to marry MJ, was a friend of Peter Parker introduced in Amazing Spider-Man issue 1. in the comics he brought home a gem from his moon mission and made it into a necklace. The stone turned him into a character who came to be called Man-Wolf. He also had connections to Captain America.

One of my favorites is where they go to Thors old school and he's embarressed because Loki has won like every academic award ever lol. Tony's voice actor does a great job too.

Spider-Man 2 took everything to the next level. That’s what a sequel is supposed to do! It expanded on Peter’s struggles, really got into his personal battles and heartbreak, while still giving us some of the best superhero action we’d ever seen. And Doc Ock? Perfect casting. That movie just killed it all around.
