I may have seen the 1st one, but never watched the rest. I was more into it than I thought I would be--looking forward to the rebellion. It was nice that Phillip Seymour Hoffman's (also in The Big Lebowski) character came around to being a decent guy...we'll see if he stays that way--and Liz Banks' character to an extent, also.

She's such a subtle actor when she wants to be - almost deadpan in this one. She uses her posture and stance a lot to show emotion and subtle eye-widening to show interest or surprise. The more you watch her, the more you pick up.

Also what you were saying about catching the clues to see what's next, that is why I am so glad I watched the movies before reading the books, well audiobooks, which are amazing themselves. The newest book just dropped in March. It's the 2nd prequel. It's based on Haymitch and the games he won, the 2nd quarter quell. I cheated. I've already listened to the audiobook, and that book does not disappoint. It may be the best of the series.
