If you've ever seen Star Trek: Next Generation the nurse he killed played Tasha Yar the head of security in the series. She's actually super nice in real life and a cat lady so the cat part cracked me up! I met her at a convention in 2002.

The cutting of flash in the cooking a la Dahmer, grinding up coffee beans like you might grind up someone, plunging the coffee maker down like he drops them in the ocean,the blood orange, the shoestrings like he’s strangling someone and the slow pull of the white T-shirt over his face like a white sheet over a dead body or a death shroud. Pretty clever intro.
