Pre-dating the Hippie era by 2-3 years, it was a precursor to the “Summer of Love” in 1967. The Baby Boomers were coming of age and everything was changing. Clothes, music, attitudes were all undergoing social updates, in England, it was the Mods and the Rockers. In the U.S. it was Pop music vs Soul music. All in all it was an exciting time to be alive! Jet travel, the car culture, the preeminence of youth, and soon, the hippies were surging to the forefront. Things would never be the same. It became a new era for mankind. The Beatles made it world changing. This is the real beginning of the British Invasion. Amber is bringing back that exciting time for all of us. Those that lived thru it and those that would follow in the ensuing decades. 60+ years ago it started. What have we learned? Turns out we are still trying to realize that Love Is The Answer.
