Elvis greatest gift as a singer is his interpretation of the lyrics to most songs he recorded and being a Master Story teller in music! For a song to be be liked a person can be a great singer BUT for a song to be loved the listener has to believe what they are hearing and the story that is being conveyed. Almost every song Elvis took on he uniquely made it his own! This song was written and first recorded in 1927 and probably would have been forgotten if not for the fact that it was Col. Tom Parker's wife Marie Mott's favorite song and Parker asked Elvis to record it and his recording is the Gold standard and is the timeless classic it deserves to be. It was done when Elvis got back from the Army and with his original bandmates and Amber mentioned how much she loved the backing harmonies which were done by long time Elvis collaborators the extraordinary Jordanaires!

It was how we bonded and communicated with each other because we were very much two peas in a pod, like that man was my father figure my entire life while the man who was supposed to be my father figure was never around. And as much as I love Elvis and his music, its so hard for me to listen to him these days now that my grandpa is no longer with us. But I had to listen to this one because this was his favorite Elvis song.. So thank you so much for this reaction 🤍

He has such a unique speaking voice to go along with that special voice. So, can we get a reaction to the Elvis 2022 movie or a reaction to an Elvis movie?? He had some good ones. A lot of duds for sure, and that's coming from a lifelong Elvis fan, but Elvus knew it too. King Creole is considered his best.ir was his 4th movie and Elvis's favorite of all his movies. It was filmed on location in New Orleans in 1958. It was written for James Dean but he died before he could film it so it was rewritten for Elvis. Loving You his 2nd movie is great too. Elvis is also the king of rom-coms. GI Blues is really good and fun, as is Blue Hawaii that I believe was his best selling movie. That's the movie "I Can't Help Falling In Love" came from. I think you would love all of those. Thanks for some Elvis!!! You are so awesome!!
