Remember how Talia earlier said "restore balance" like her father says to Bruce at the charity ball, when Daggett was mad he wasn't running Wayne Enterprises, Bane said "everything is on schedule", and the times where she called the board in, Bane was there, the special forces get betrayed, she was there.
