Sometimes it’s really loud and it hurts my ears. We would appreciate it if you could adjust your voice down a little bit or the movie up a little bit.

2025-08-07 18:04:53 +0000 UTCAmber - At the 49th minute when they're in the helicopter when you said "why does Harley Quinn even have a phone" when they're literally under supervision, is a great point. There are too many plot holes and non-sensical issues with this movie to count. It was still entertaining, mostly because of Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn. Jared Leto is actually a great actor, but his portrayal of the Joker was very misguided and poorly conceived. Heath Ledger & Jack Nicholson will always hold the trophy for best Jokers imo.

He's asking Harley to essentially become him. Post-credit scene: Remember, Waller isn't just tracking villains, she's tracking metahumans. Not everyone in that binder needs to be a bad guy.

For me, I like both this movie and the 'THE' one--the James Gunn one--definitely two camps on this one!. Margot (not Margret) Robbie is in that one, too...along with Idris Elba, John Cena and others. I loved your mea culpa with the whole K.C. being gross thing. "It's not you, it's me!" He was played by a guy by the name of Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje...say THAT five times fast!!! 1:40:22 I'm surprised it took you this long to clock David Harbour (also Alexie/The Red Guardian--and Natasha & Yelena's fake father--in Black Widow) You might've missed it, but the Ben Affleck Batman WAS in this one, at the beginning w/ Deadshot (his daughter begged him not to kill him (Batman), as well as when the Enchantress showed him what he REALLY wanted.

It gets into her origin a lot more and has a few adult jokes I'm surprised they got away with lol. Many fans consider the Batman Animated series as peak Batman.

She should also know that James Gunn (of the Guardians movies) made "The Suicide Squad", and THAT ONE is the gory one. And maybe after that one, the Birds Of Prey Harley Quinn movie (even though it's a bit campy), I think she would love it. And the next run of the mill DC movies after that could be the 3+ semi-modern Justice League movies (WONDER WOMAN, Man Of Steel, BatmanVSuperman[BVS] and Justice League) where the last 2 are HIGHLY CONTROVERSIAL... But for my nostalgia-berries, I would go for Tim Burton's Batman 1989 (and oddly no one talks about how many people BATMAN kills in that movie). Like an entire warehouse is filled with henchman and BOOM. And the second one with Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwoman is GREAT too!

Margot Robbie does the best job I've ever seen of becoming her character. I'd put it up there with Heath's Joker honestly. She's just a joy to watch! I hope you watch the Harley Quinn movie too! It's very much a girl power film.

Gal Gadot Princess Diana Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill Kal-el Superman. The Justice League is DC's Avengers. The 70's cartoon was the Superfriends.

This film was a part of that so you kinda started in the middle lol. If you’re interested in the DC cinematic universe you’ll want to go back and start with Man of Steel (Superman movie) and go from there. Looking forward to whatever you do!

2025-08-06 04:32:31 +0000 UTCThe DC universe movies are hit and miss. I enjoyed this movie, along with the Wonder Woman movies and the most recent Flash movie. Justice League and Aquaman were decent. Absolutely hated Batman verses Superman. There is a sequel to this that I enjoyed too. There is a series that ties into this. In the second Suicide Squad movie you meet Peacemaker. His series by the same name is fun and his team includes Amanda Waller's daughter.

It's a romantic comedy BUT I will say this is the movie that started the rumors of them getting close on set. There's one scene that has so much chemistry you'll blush. It's sexy as hell, no doubts there. Just because I still want to put a tiny bit of flag flying in you, watch 9 1/2 Weeks. Peak Mickey Roarke, the man who played the villain in Iron Man 2, with the whip. He looks NOTHING like he did back then. Ask Momma! She'll agree. Maybe... lol

If you’re still interested in the DCU after this movie, then I would like to suggest the Henry Cavill Superman film. Man of Steel 2013 It’s the beginning of this series leading up to Justice League. Takes place before Suicide Squad. Kinda like the MCU.
