I'm super late commenting on this but I wanted to say to anyone abused please make a plan and get out. I was too scared to do so until I was hospitalized and used it to find a way out. They will get more violent over time so please don't let yourself be treated that way. Don't let them make you feel worthless! I've been away from my abuser for almost six years now and it was hard work but I love my life and really don't even recognise the girl who let that happen to her. You can come out the other side stronger! Also Amber, I'm proud of you as you should be! Thank you for being brave and helping other people to do the same! I'm sure it gives so many people hope! *Hugs from Kentucky to anyone struggling*
