It's obvious that should hate Team Green more than Team Black (in the the tv-show). In the books more difficult to choose because you don't like no one :D

2025-09-24 16:22:28 +0000 UTCTo answer your question… Velaryons don’t typically bond with dragons even though they are of Valyrian descent like the Targaryens are, however they are one of two families that are heavily related to the Targaryens. After both families left Old Valyria, they continously married into each others families to keep the Valyrian blood strong. Like Aegon The Conqueror’s mother was a Velaryon but there has also been others before and after her who have married into the Targaryen family. The other family who is heavily related to the Targaryens are the Baratheon family. Their ancestor Oris Baratheon (the first Baratheon Lord in Westeros) was the bastard brother of Aegon The Conqueror. And just like the Velaryon family, the Baratheons married into the Targaryen family just not as often. There are people like Princess Rhaenys (RIP) whose mother was a Baratheon and Robert Baratheon from GOT grandmother was a Targaryen princess, and she was the sister of Daenery’s grandfather. Which is another reason Robert was able to claim the throne after his rebellion. But in both cases, the Velaryons would be more likely to bond with a dragon it just isn’t common enough because most Velaryons who have claimed dragons usually have a Targaryen parent, like Laena and Laenor because of Princess Rhaenys. And.. I’m always Team Black lol

2025-09-22 10:22:33 +0000 UTC3:35 Nothing like having 8,000 soldiers dropping by unexpectedly for dinner. 48:00 So far we've only see the older three, but Alicent has four children by Viserys: Aegon (the oldest); Helaena (married to her brother Aegon) -- she was the one forced to choose which of her children would be murdered in the crib and the one you find so interesting; Aeomnd "One-Eye"; and Daeron. Daeron didn't appear in Season 1 at all but he was both the same year as Rhaenyra’s eldest son, Jaecerys. At the point you are watching they are both 16 years old. Daeron has been in Oldtown most of this time and he does have a dragon. We should expect to see him in Season 3. 58:15 Lord Grover Tully was a problem for Daemon. Alice predicted the winds would change in three days. Alice went to treat Lord Grover Tully. Lord Grover died. The new Lord Paramount of House Tully is a child.
