I love the opening sequence of this movie. And I really like this movie. I suggest “Baby Mama” with Amy Poehler. She plays the mean female skater “Fairchild”.

2025-10-07 19:39:32 +0000 UTCAmber, the word “sleuth” means detective! 🕵️ You keep using it incorrectly like you think it means “smooth”. It’s a noun. “She is a sleuth.” You said “Super sleuth” as if you were saying “ super smooth”. A super sleuth would be a superior detective like Sherlock Holmes.

Will Arnett, who played her brother skating partner, was actually her husband at the time. He's famous for Arrested Development (another great comedy series) and a number of voice acting roles. You and your kids may recognize him as Lego Batman.

I love Amy Poehler--though not so much her character here.. She is another SNL alumn and one of the stars of sitcom Parks & Rec. I think you'd like the movie The Giant Mechanical Man (2012). It's a romantic comedy with Jenna Fischer that was written and directed by her husband Lee Kirk. Once Chazz and Jimmy paired up, it was like Step Brothers on ice!! It was a pretty funny movie. The choreographer was actually in The 40yr Old Virgin. He was the guy that decided to take charge of Steve Carell's "deflowering".
